Search engine algorithms drove people to write stories before recipes, unfortunately. Pages that just had recipes were deprioritized

I watch chefs on YouTube demonstrate techniques, and then make recipes up as I go based on the ingredients I have available (This does not work for recipes that require exact measurements, like breads). Finding recipes through search engines has been a nightmare for a looong time.
Also - Madhur Jaffrey and America’s Test Kitchen cookbooks. Both go into detail on techniques you can bring forward into all your cooking. Madhur Jaffrey taught me how to cook Indian food and it’s amazing

Definitely depends on the animal. Most jurisdictions do have laws against abusing common domesticated animals

What would you think the police or social services could do? They aren’t describing any criminal behavior, and they seem to be an adult with capacity, so I think both agencies would respond, take a look at the situation, then do nothing. Then they’d prob suffer retribution from their family

What is your plan for yourself? You’re taking online classes, what is your end goal? Can you get a job right now? The reality is that you cannot depend on these people. They may be supporting you now, but that could end at any moment on a whim.
Your plan should be to figure out what independence looks like for you and figure out the fastest way to get there

Totally almost picked Headhunters because of Watermelon Man! There’s nothing like it. Herbie occupies a different plane of existence

Future Shock by Herbie Hancock. Dude released like 25 jazz and funk albums over two decades, then in '83 just drops a hip hop bomb
Also, Dr. John - The Night Tripper. 60s psychedelic New Orleans perfection
This has a lot less to do with introversion than it does with social anxiety
I mean, this is a total generalization. I’m ADHD AF and I love small talk. I’m very earnestly never “testing” people, either.
I think the total opposite, people who value small talk assume every stranger is someone to value and attempt to connect with, whereas people who frown at or avoid small talk are often the ones assuming some pretty negative things about others
George Lucas’s first movie. It’s pretty remarkable. They also keep everyone perpetually drugged up, strip everyone of their identities, and prohibit sexual relationships. The police robots will stop chasing you when it stops being cost effective, though
