People in general tend to veer toward conservatism as they age, have kids, and accumulate wealth. Many of those Boomers who were hippies in the '60s became yuppies in the 80s and voted for Trump in recent years.

We also watched it fall apart while we were growing up.

Clinton, Bush 2, Obama and Trump are all Boomers. Biden is Silent Generation.

Gen X is smaller than Boomers and Millennials. We have always known we were going to be passed over in governmental power dynamics.

Same. As long as the antiperspirant is unscented, the aluminum kind is fine for me.

But woe is me if anything scented goes in that general vicinity. Hives in the armpit is a fate I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

Let’s be real; C-suite positions are rarely filled by anyone who brings actual value to the company. They’re figureheads, but they’re also largely interchangeable.

And with so many CEOs, CTOs, etc., doing so much of their jobs with LLMs, that basically proves that you don’t need actual intelligence in those positions.
