When I asked a similar question about old forum websites a while back, someone mentioned the Somethingaweful forum as still being active.
There’s probably a ton of NSFW sites with forums that are barely active.

Also, a lot of nsfw sites have forums bolted on if you’re really into that sort of thing.
There are bo shitty laws in the EU were they try to block “normal” pornsites. Since than there are many illegal sites with the old porn and the leaked ones. So i guess its more on other sites now

I know you can find all sorts of NSFW groups on telegram, with a significant portion being scammy. I suppose you could also look for ERP guilds in MMORPGs
