Smoothies. With oats, fruits, greens, chia seeds, yogurt.
Dump out. Flawless. No splash no wipe 10/10
I don’t know how I feel about the, “no wipe” part…
Kiwi fruit 🥝 - nature’s scrubbing brush. One per day is all you need.
Coffee
Huel (and sufficient water throughout the day, in addition to the water in the shake).
I can definitely tell when I haven’t had it for a few days.
Coffee, kiwi and hamp seeds.
You guys are keeping track of that???
Chia seeds, coffee, and lots of fibrous veggies.

Lasagne. I think it’s all the cheese grease lubricating my insides.
Vegetables. Any kind.
Also, here’s a counterintuitive tip: if you’re going to eat beans, take fiber pills as well. The soluble fiber from the pills lessens the grief from all the insoluble fiber in the beans.
coleslaw specifically, with the raw veggie form, not the ultraprocessed one with stuff in it. just put it on a egg wrap and eat it after microwaving it a bit, gaurenteed bowel movement the next day if not super “blocked”, just not cooked veggies as they have little effect since the fiber would be destroyed by the heating process.
fiber pills as well
Do you mean something like “Bean-o,” or could Metamucil (psyllium husk fibres) work? Just about everyone needs more fibre in their diets, after all.
Metamucil works well.
Unless I’m missing something, they’d also be much more cost-effective than the pills. (those containers are BIG)
Yep, I buy the big jug of sugar -free orange Metamucil powder and put a rounded tablespoon into a 12 ounce glass. Stir as I pour in the water, so it won’t clump up, and chug it down quickly because it’s more powder per water than recommended and will form a spoonable gel if it stands Which is okay if you’re into that, I’ve eaten it that way, but I’d rather get it down and follow it with a glass of something I like better. I have wondered about making something similar to boba pearls with it. The box of packets is more expensive but at least you could add one to a glass of water in a restaurant and drink it politely.
Beano is enzymes that help you digest. I meant fiber pills like psyllium husk.
broccoli
I’ve always loved broccoli, and a lot of folks hate it, so…
Roast your broccoli, people.
Toss it with a little olive oil, salt it, and bake at 400 or so until it’s browning.
It adds a depth of flavor you wouldn’t expect if you’ve never had it.
partially, also the gas that it produces, but cauliflour is better at it.
Best all around is to just remember to include fiber in all your meals. Veggies, nuts, seeds, whole grains, that sort of thing. You won’t have much trouble going when you’re ready to go. In the U.S. that also means not buying much take out / fast food junk, hardly any of those foods have fiber.
If you meant “quickest” then you might be thinking of foods with a laxative effect, a quick drink of black coffee cold brew concentrate works for me. Something I discovered by accident when in a rush to get my day going one morning LOL.
i noticed another one after using TRUVEA in coffee, since ethyrithiol is the ingredient, it also causes a bowel movement too.
1 cup black coffee, 2 pieces black chocolate, 5 figs.
consume orally before 6 am.
Orally? Never tried it
How…do … you? What? Why? No!!!

There’s a chocolate bar i found that contains espresso, and its the only non-liquid food I’ve found that is genuinely strongly caffeinated. I think it was labeled something like “Nuts and Jolts”?
Edit: brand name is Chocolats Latour, flavor is Nuts & Joltz, description is “caramel walnut latte bar, 40% cocoa”.
Well, coffee is quite a powerful, fast-acting laxative for some people. Is that what you meant?
Corn. Fun little surprise that tracks my digestive speed!
How do you know which corn is which shit? Do you switch up the colours?
I don’t know if we can answer this without consensus on what makes one bowel movement better than another. Personally if I could eject dry little pellets like a rabbit that’d be my ideal.
Careful what you wish for… rabbits have to eat their own shit once in order to get it to the dry pellet stage.
Interesting, guinea pigs do something similar. They have two kinds of poop and one is still nutritious so they eat it again.
rabbits do it to, they extract more from thier poop, also animals like these usually have a large cecum to assist with the digestion of tough plant material.
that usually means your super constipated at that point, and it puts one susceptible to hemmaroids.
