I was raised atheist and I began questioning in middle school when I got fascinated by religions and what made people believe them. Since last year I have been believing in God. I get very strong opposition from my parents. They said they’ll allow me to believe what I want but they told me all the time that religion gets used as a way to control people and it gets used to oppress and control women.

As I’ve been learning about religion I started realizing that atheism is just a way for people to justify their desire to sin without guilt, even though they deny this extremely strongly.
