There’s a station near me that does $175, even on debit cards. If I have to get gas there, I pre-pay inside with singles and change. (I ride a motorcycle and the most I spend is $5.)


When I lived in São Paulo, “você” was pretty much it. The only people who used “tu” were tourists.
However, using the “tu” form of verbs with friends, family, et al, was common. Just almost nobody used the actual pronoun.


So, this is how we’re actually going to get to a Fallout future.
Some food bloggers understand this and have a button to take you straight to the recipe. So many don’t, though.
I just want a recipe for peanut butter cookies, not a web novel, Jan. If I want a story with the recipe, I’ll go watch “Good Eats.”
