Had no idea that show existed. Definitely gonna have to check it out, if not specifically for that scene… and maybe the rest of the show if it’s good.

IDK how dangerous they are, but given the fact there was a large wild animal on campus, I’d definitely treat it like a dangerous threat considering it probably almost never happens.
Also, last thing I’d want as the principal is to have to explain to parents why their idiotic children went to take pictures with a moose and got hurt because of it.

I may be really weird for thinking about this despite a lot of people throughout humanity thinking about it, but the ability to manipulate someone’s age, mentally and/or physically. I mean things like turning someone who is robbing me into a child who isn’t strong enough to hold the gun or making an absolute drama queen who peaked in high school have their body match their mental maturity.
Before anyone calls it weird, you name a major animated cartoon that aired on Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, or Disney and there’s a good chance they have what I consider the stock “age regression/progression” episode. For whatever reason those episodes really stuck with me considering I’m thinking about them to this day.

This is gonna be absolutely crazy and coincidental since seemingly everyone here has a moose story, but my freshman year of highschool we had a bit of a lockdown because a moose wandered on campus. Our school was nowhere near a forest or any other area where it could have easily wandered over. Our school was pretty far in our pretty big city.
This is not me playing a bit because of all the moose comments. I thought it was a deer, until I asked my mom because I couldn’t remember whether I was right or not. I only remembered it wasn’t super serious, but we were told we couldn’t go outside because of it and I think we were also told to stay away from the windows as well, as a safety precaution.
I was in the middle of English in the morning when this was happening.
Edit:
I don’t remember how it got onto our campus and might look it up later. Might even leave another edit with how it got on campus.

I cannot think of anything clever or anything, so I’m gonna just say international cozy day where you get as cozy as you can and if possible help someone else get cozy and comfortable.
Basically a day where you have to be nice and can help make other people’s life better and more cozy as well. Even if it’s just something as small as giving a homeless person a blanket or clean clothes. Or bigger, like providing shelter to a friend in a domestic abuse situation. All without laws getting in the way of helping people.
Though this is just an absolute pipedream because I can think of a few countries where they would ban this holiday or warp it to be more about being selfish than helping others.

It sucks that lemm.ee was shuttered because that was where I first joined Lemmy as well before moving to whatever instance I’m on. Never heard of squabbles and don’t wanna known what it’s like Noe based off what say about it.
My first thought was to go into a series like BEASTARS and hope I become an anthropomorphic animal and hope I get to choose which species when I enter. Also, be able to be that anthro when I get out. I doubt it would work like that and I would probably be just a regular human. So scratch that
Then my mind went to “Why not teleport myself into the beginning of Fallout: New Veags?” so I could use the Vigor Tester to up my SPECIAL stats. Then, since the player character technically has access to console commands on the PC version, I could edit a lot of stats about me. All in hopes that when I return I am suddenly a lot smarter than I currently am.
Then, if that fails because I doubt I’d have access to console commands and don’t feel like living in a post apocalyptic wasteland to grind skills, I know the next best thing that is a surefire win for me, assuming the item I am after is smaller than 4m^3 and I can get to it before the actual main character or am able to steal it from him, but the lamp from Dosney’s Aladdin. Comes equipped with a magic being inside that I could use to edit myself. That’s the one genie I can actually picture not having genie like behavior. You know the behavior: wish for an omelette and you get a scalding hot one with no plate. From there, I could make myself as powerful as possible.
If even that fails, I would probably be desperate enough to go into an online story I find a fun read about a 10 year old with a magic ring and steal the ring since I know it shouldn’t be that big. All I gotta do is take the ring back with me and I just have to hope I can wish for the genie of that ring to be able to perfectly understand what I mean when I make a wish and to follow my line of thinking about said wish. All in order to avoid the mishap the main character deals with in the story where the genie unintentionally messes up the wish or takes things too literally. Then I have a genie that would be able to grant my every wish, so long as I have his ring.
If for whatever reason the website that the website that story is hosted on is gone and I have no way to find it, then I try something else. There are plenty of shows out there with genies and magic. If all that fails, I would probably go to sci-fi next.
All of course without aging because I don’t wanna return a long time later only to realize I have zero clue what happened when I was gone.

Joined Lemmy because of the whole r€ddit API thing. I was only on there maybe a couple years at the end, so I had no real super attachment like people who have been there for years. Not much else to say.

Ever since my 2nd open heart surgery, I feel as though my memories from before then are kinda mushy and since then I don’t know whether my memory formation would be considered normal, so yeah I am worried, too.
I’m in my mid-20s and wonder what’s the issue with my brain. It’s not such a big issue I need to be checked out, but I’m still curious. Not seeing whether my state health insurance would cover having my brain scanned and tested curious, but curious nonetheless.
I have foggy memories I would love to remember whether they’re true or not, but I just don’t know where to begin. I mean, I think I went on a road trip with my brother’s friends family out of city, but I don’t fully remember whether that actually happened or not. Just the feint potential memory of a slanted white basement ceiling with a while pillar holding it up, sunny day, and potentially walking on a TLC desperate road with my brother and his friend. I would ask the friends parents, but I’m not sure they’d remember and it would be kinda awkward to just ask out of the blue since I have zero contact with them.

IDK if it’s still popular anymore or just tax write off slop, but definitely Scooby Doo.
I would have absolutely been in the minority back when it came out, but as someone who grew up watching it through reruns on Boomerang, I personally like some of HB’s other attempts that didn’t stick better.
As the lyrics to Running Under Water by Pain goes:
Me and my friends get no respect.
What does Scooby do that we neglect?
Currently the SC franchise is pretty much a walking corpse with the extremely formulaic plot of “the gang loves xyz and are going to see them/experience event” with little to zero prior showing that they care. Perfect example is literally the KISS crossover movie that came out maybe less than a decade ago. A basically dead band that’s been out of the spotlight for a long time and a franchise that went creatively bankrupt decades ago are a perfect match for each other… Except they had to suddenly transform the gang into KISS fans for anything to make any sense.
Edit:
I think it’s actually called Running Under Water and not Jabberjaw…

For a moment I was looking at the ear and wondering what kind of mutated creature that was. You cannot convince me that on first glance, if you miss the actual eyes, that the ears don’t look somewhat like an eye.

The less console exclusives in general the better.
Ratchet & Clank on Steam and PS5? Great!
Halo coming to PS5? Great if you’re still into the series.
Now we wait for Hell to freeze over and wait for the Devil themselves Sintendo to eventually fold.

I think the only shows you listed that I haven’t watched are That’s So Raven and Lizzie McGuire and don’t have that much of an interest in them currently. Seen all of the others, even if it’s been a while. As a huge cartoon guy, it’d be weird if I never saw any of those cartoons considering I had access to all the channels I needed to watch them. Though, I probably wouldn’t have gotten into Suit Life or the prequel if it wasn’t for my older brothers.
